COURSES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE

.breathe is a four-session programme aimed at the school ‘transition’ years of ages 9-14. It can be taught as part of a broader Personal, Health, Social and Emotional Education (PSHE) curriculum or as part of a ‘transition-specific’ programme in Years 5-9.

Paws b is a fun and interactive mindfulness course for KS2 pupils, delivered over 12 x 40 minute sessions.

.b, pronounced [dot-be], is a well-researched mindfulness curriculum for 11-18 year olds. .b stands for 'stop and be', a simple practice at the heart of this ten lesson course.
