Life often feels like a constant rush - reacting to emails, commitments, and endless to-do lists - leaving little space to pause and breathe.  Our minds can get stuck on autopilot, and it’s easy to lose touch with what truly matters.

These one-hour sessions offer a gentle pause from that busyness. Through a structured yet approachable practice, you’ll be guided to slow down, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself and the present moment.  Each session includes guided mindfulness meditation, time for reflection, and optional sharing or questions, all in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Whether you already have a meditation practice, are returning after a break, or have never tried and worry you “can’t meditate”, you’ll be supported throughout.  These sessions are designed to meet you where you are, helping you discover how mindfulness can feel accessible, manageable and supportive.

Each session stands alone, there’s no expectation to attend regularly, so you can join whenever it feels right for you. Even a single hour can offer tools, insights, and a renewed sense of calm that may ripple into your everyday life.
